RETURN POLICY

We love our carefully selected collection of baby essentials and we are confident you will love it too! That’s why we're offering a 30-day, risk free money-back guarantee, which means we'll give you a refund within 30 days upon delivery and receipt of the order if you're not satisfied with a product.

To start a return procedure, please contact us at hello@jolze.com with your order number and reason for a refund. If the product is defective, kindly include in your email a photo or video showing the defect.

For a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

Please note to return the item, you are responsible for return shipping and may ship back the item using the courier of your choice. We will provide you with our return address. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We will issue an email confirmation once the refund has been approved and processed. Please note that the total refund amount does not include the shipping fee.

Damages and issues

Inspect your order upon reception and if you believe that the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately.

We require you to contact us within 5 days of delivery and we will work with you to quickly resolve the issue.  

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If the return is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at hello@jolze.com.

Kindly take note that the total refund amount does not include the shipping fee.

Order Cancellation

To cancel an order, please contact us at hello@jolze.com as soon as possible. If your order has not yet been shipped, we will immediately refund your payment.

However, if your order has been shipped, we will refund your payment as soon as we have received the item/s back from you and have finished the return procedure at our warehouse. 

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want, make a separate purchase and start the return procedure for the item you would like to exchange after receiving it.
